Each Day Is A Blessing

Do you find that some days everything seems to go wrong? You forget to set the alarm and miss your train.  There’s no milk in the fridge for breakfast and it spirals downhill from there.

Remember that each day is a blessing even though it might not seem like it at times.

How you start your day can have an immense bearing on how it unfolds. So be kind to yourself if you start out a little off kilter.

Here's three simple things to reset your equilibrium: -

  1. Stop and take a deep breath.

  2. Think of something to be grateful for – remember to keep it simple.

  3. Take another deep breath and say to yourself “I may not be perfect, but I’m perfectly OK”.

Your challenges are opportunities to experience all emotions - a key aspect of being human.

If you get caught in the downward spiral and can’t seem to shift the heaviness, reach out for additional support to get you back on track.

I specialise in supporting women like you to reclaim your inner equilibrium and feel optimistic about life once more.  Then you can leap out of bed in the morning and embrace each day for the possibilities it can bring.

Here's what one of my clients had to say.

“I’m completely amazed at what I’ve achieved, particularly while riding the waves of grief. If I hadn’t undertaken this work and had your support, Jackie, I believe I would be in a very dark place right now. Jackie’s approach was exactly what I required to make a change in an area of my life that led to less anxiety and increased confidence and happiness.” – Jacqui Y
