About Jackie

Our greatest challenges can be our biggest opportunities for change. After a successful career in the corporate IT industry I realised I was getting in to a rut and living life without any passion. So I chose to change career!

I grasped the opportunity to choose a different direction and took a leap of faith that everything would work out. After the ‘comfort’ of a role I knew well, the new direction into complementary therapies was a huge challenge mentally and emotionally. Now after a number of years supporting clients on their personal transformation journeys I can confidently say that I’m in a job I enjoy and find immensely rewarding.

My years in the corporate world and training as a Holistic Counselor and Reiki Master have given me a depth of wisdom on how to best guide others with their challenges. These coupled with my Flower Essence Therapy and Indian Head Massage modalities provide a unique combination offered through the Trageted Transofrmation Program to support you in overcoming your issue.

My aim is to offer a safe place for you to speak openly about your problems, to feel heard and be able to generate new ways to look at life so that there is more optimism and hope.

With my genuine care and guidance you can change old behaviours that no longer work for you and find new ones that support you in moving forward. My personal healing journey enables me to provide a compassionate and supportive environment for everyone I have contact with.
