Ladies, it’s time to make self care a priority!

It doesn’t need to be big stuff. Giving yourself permission to have 10 minutes of quiet time a couple of times a week may be all you can spare, but it’s something. Ideally, you can create the space for an hour dedicated to you each month. I make time for a monthly massage. For you it could be a catch up with friends or a walk in nature. Whatever makes you feel valued, do it.

Remember that if you are running on empty, how can you be there for your loved ones effectively?

When you are willing to respect yourself and allow much needed self care, a little often, then everyone benefits, not just you.

You may feel challenged at first making time for you – the guilt can be overwhelming, but trust the process. It will get better the more you practice.

I advocate small steps in a general direction of becoming more accepting and honouring of yourself. That’s why I developed my Targeted Transformation Program.
