Reiki Share Evening - Wednesday 30th October, 7-8:30pm

Regardless of whether you use your Reiki skills often, or if it’s been a while since you’ve used your healing techniques it’s always beneficial to have a refresher.

Reconnecting with your Reiki expertise is a bit like riding a bike. Maybe a little shaky at first but your confidence will improve with practice. This is what this evening is for.

During this insightful evening, I will take you back to basics and gently guide you through :-

• The simple self-healing techniques which you can use to support yourself at any time.

• Then how to offer a Reiki healing to someone else, seated and lying down.

By the end of the evening, you will have received a healing AND feel confident with your skills and ability to support yourself plus friends and family.

The event will be held at my house, 146, Ryans Rd, Eltham.
