  1. Take a deep breath in

  2. Let it out as a sigh

  3. Repeat a couple of times

  4. Next breathe in more slowly and bring in the word Love into your mind then as you breathe out say the word Peace to yourself

  5. Repeat this a couple of times

  6. Now look at your issue and see if the impact has lessened. If it hasn’t repeat step 4 until it does.

This no nonsense, easy to use technique allows you to take back control of your thoughts so you can feel centred and able to respond consciously to whatever is going on rather than taking the automatic knee jerk reaction.
