It’s tricky to keep pace with everything in the modern age. I provide a monthly newsletter to provide supportive and insightful information. My goal is offer guidance on how to practically cope with life’s challenges and come away with the tools and skills to work through them with less stress and anxiety.

My newsletters are published on the first Saturday each month and are often inspired by a client’s issue that I’ve enabled them to resolve. The resolution although specific to them is often relevant to everyone else. My hope is that by sharing these experiences and practical answers that I can support a wider range of people who aren’t able to get to see me on a on on one basis.

The newsletters also contain information on upcoming workshops and client testimonials.
