January Newsletter – New Years Resolutions
I hope you’ve had an enjoyable Christmas and New Year.
Have you made any New Year’s resolutions? A good one would be to ensure you give yourself some slack and allow yourself some nurturing self care. Too often we’re looking after everyone else but not ourselves. This can become physically and emotionally draining. However, with some new knowledge and additional self-help skills you can take back control of your life and feel safe looking after You.
Learning Reiki will support you in achieving this. It gives you new perspectives so you can stay calm in difficult situations creating a more harmonious life.
Having Reiki as part of your coping strategies allows you to relax more easily and quieten the mind chatter. When you can do this, your decision making and reactions to situations come from a clearer position. This offers the potential for better choices and feeling safe being your authentic self.
I will be teaching a level one Reiki Workshop in February. This two day workshop gives you the space to look within and reflect on your Life experiences in a safe and supportive environment. The healing skills learned will add to your self help toolkit and you’ll go away with a sense of accomplishment and a fresh outlook on how to get the most from your Life.
The workshop will be on consecutive Sundays, 12th & 19th February, in Eltham.
Contact me on 0410 161 099 for a registration form as places are limited.
