What Is Indian Head Massage?
Indian Head Massage is not a deep tissue massage but uses firm and gentle moves on the shoulders, neck and face to relieve tension. The subtle techniques also aid in releasing blockages in the upper meridians and chakras. This creates the space for a calm, letting go of any anxiety and a peaceful approach to life’s challenges.
This therapy is offered whilst you are seated and you may remain clothed during the process. Specific flower essences for muscle tension and pain release are applied to the shoulders and neck and I also use a flower essence infused lotion to enhance the experience. It is pure bliss!

When we are stressed or overwhelmed we automatically tense our shoulders, screw up our faces and tighten the muscles in our neck and head. This therapy is wonderful for releasing that build-up of pressure and results in lightness in the head, neck and shoulders.
